Payment Information
Payment is collected at checkout to reserve and confirm the selected piece. SERPENTVAULT then reviews the order before dispatch so stock, size, address details, and product condition are checked against the actual item being sent.
Before Dispatch
After payment, the order is reviewed manually. We check stock, size selection, address clarity, product condition, and any notes provided by the customer. Dispatch begins only after this review is complete.
Receipt Confirmation
The order is treated as fulfilled after delivery is confirmed by tracking or after the customer confirms receipt. This keeps the fulfillment record clear for limited handmade goods.
