Dispatch Timing
Ready-to-ship pieces usually leave within 3 to 5 business days after review. Limited releases or custom clarifications may take longer if support contact is needed.
Packaging Standard
Each item is packed to reduce friction, moisture exposure, and pressure during transit. Natural bone and mixed-material pieces are prepared with preservation in mind.
Tracking
Tracking details are provided once the shipment is accepted by the carrier. Transit time varies by destination, customs handling, and local delivery conditions.
International Expectations
- Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
- Transit delays caused by customs, carrier backlog, weather, or local delivery issues are outside direct store control.
